Junk Removal Questions and Answers
Pricing
How do you work out the price of a junk removal job?
By volume: you pay by how much of our 5x10 dump trailer the job fills, and the price is set on site. See junk removal pricing.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes, the minimum charge is $95, however small the load. See junk removal pricing for the load sizes.
Do you charge extra for same-day pickup?
No, there's no rush surcharge. Same-day pickup is available when the schedule allows.
What We Take
Is there anything you can't haul?
We can't take hazardous materials, asbestos, wet paint, chemicals, fuel, propane tanks with fuel, ammunition, medical or biohazard waste, pesticides, large quantities of concrete, dirt, brick or roofing, or whole cars. See what we take.
Do you buy or haul away old cars?
No. Junk Haulerz isn't a junkyard: we don't buy, sell or haul whole cars, and we do no automotive work.
Does yard waste need to be bagged?
Yard debris needs to be cut and piled. See what we take.
Booking and Estimates
Do I have to send photos to get a quote?
No, photos are optional. They give a quick ballpark, and the price is set at the free on-site estimate. See how a job works.
Who comes out to do the job?
Junk Haulerz is owner-operated, so the owner does the work, with extra help on bigger jobs. See about Junk Haulerz.
Do you work on Saturdays?
Yes, we work Monday to Saturday, 7 am to 7 pm. See the contact page to book.
Service Area
Do you cover towns across the river in Georgia?
Yes: Augusta, Evans, Grovetown and Martinez. See our service areas.
Is there a page for my town?
Augusta and North Augusta have their own pages, and Aiken is our home base. We serve the other towns on our service areas page too.
